This refers to-the manageinent meeting-held'at our request at your offices in
-7 Windsor, Connecticut on August 20, 1981, to discuss the findings of the NRC Region I Systematic Assessment of Licensee Perfomance (SALP) Program evalu-ation board relating to your performance in conducting activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1067.
The meeting was -attended by you, Mr. Chernock, Mr. hNst, and other memberst o'f your staff and by Mr. Allan and other members of the.IRC Region I staff.
Sub-jects discussed included the.results of an evaluation :onducted by an NRC Region I review board.
It is our view tilat this meeting was beneficial and irproved mutual understand-ing of ~your program and our inspection efforts.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Guies of Practice,"' Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will.
