This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. R. Mauera of this office on August 27, 1981, of activities at Sears, Roebuck and Compan; authorized by NRC Licenses No. 12-10106-02 and No. 12-10108-03E and to t e discussion of our findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.
During this inspection, no item-of noncompliance were identified for License No. 12-13108-02; however, for License No. 12-10108-03E, certain of your activit ies appear to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as described in the enclosed Appendix A, and a written response, submitted under oath or affirmation, is required.
