Enclosed for your review are two (2) copies of the subject information. These materials should be consolidated with the report subm*.t.J by Reference (1) and updated by Reference (2). This update includes replacement pages for areas where aoditional inspection coverage had been requested by the NRC Staff (designated as RR in revised index), revised calibration data sheets required by -

internal procedures (designateo as RR in revised index), and additional evaluation and examination sheets (designated as A in revised index).

These updates, with revised index dated June 4, 1981, serve to clarify and complete the Unit 1 report. No substantive differences are included in this update package and no change from previously appraised status is expected.
