Dear Sir:
The Power Autholity would like to inform you that Mr. John D.
Leonard has been api, 'inted Resident Manager of the James A.
FitzPatrick Nuclear 1>wer Plant, effective August 28, 1981.
As Resident Manager, he is the senior individual in charge at the plant and is responsible for the conduct of all or.-site activities.
Mr. Leonard served as the FitzPatrick Resident Manager from January 19 1976 to March 31, 1980, prior to assuming corporate l
responsibility for the Power Authority's design and analysis activities.
Effective immediately, all communications and correspondence to the FitzPatrick Resident Manager should be directed to the attention of Mr. Leonard.
Accordingly, please make the appropriate changes to the NRC's distribution lists for the Power Authority.
