rather than seismicity) p In view of the unsettled question of how to proceed further on t seismic testimony, the Board has decided to proceed with the emergency planning issue and the reservoir lowering portion of the seismic issue first. We request that the parties continue to reserve the dates of September 22, 1981 through September 25, 1981 for the possible testinony of Dr. Kaku, NRC Staff's and Applicant's rebuttal testimony, and Applicant's reservoir lowering testimony. The Board will issue its decision during the week of September 7, 1981 with regard to entertaining some or all of the testimony of Dr. Kaku on September 22, 1981, or closing the issue of emergency planning.
