ORDER September 3, 1981 On August 24, 1981, we issued an order directing the Utility Workerci Union of America, AFL-CIO, and its Michigan State Utility Workers Council
(" Union") to show cause why the Union's appeal from the Licensing Board's July 31, 1981 order should not be dismissed as untimely.
On August 31, the Union filed its response to the show cause order.
The other parties to the proceeding are invited to file replies to that response on or before September 15, 1981.
