RE: Uf1R Rea. tor Physical Security Plan Date: September 3, 1981 Effective Friday, beptember 4 we shall implement the Physical Security Plan for the UMR Reactor in accordance with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's approval of the plan.
Persons who are authorized to have unescorted a'. cess will be issued security badges. All other persons visiting the reactor beyond the reception area will be escorted.
