Inadvertently, a typographical error was made in the transmittal letter.

The typographical error appeared in the sentence beginning on Line 8.

The sentence in the August 18 letter reads: "It should be noted that the proposed alternate warning system on page six of the system description has been determined by Cincinnati Bell to be feasible."

The sentence should have read: "It should be noted that the proposed alternate warning system on page six of the system description has been determined by Cincinnati Bell to be infeasible." This typographical error has been called to the attention of the NRC's Licensing Project Manager.
