Dear Administrative Judges:
Pursuant to the Board's Order of June 16, 1981, as modified during ae hearing session of August 28, 1981, the Staff has conferred with the Appli-cant regarding the order of presentation of witnesses for the September 14-18 dnd UCtober 5-16 hearing sessions. As a result of these discussions, the Staff and Applicant submit the attached Order of Witness Presentation.
Witn the Board's permission, the Applicant intends to file all of its testi-uony with respect to the issues surviving suaaary disposition uotions on Sept.euber 18, 1981. The Staff will file its testimony regarding bishop Contention 1 ana Doherty Contention 38(b) on the same date.
This will pro-vide the required fifteen day lead time prior to October 5.
The Staff will file the testimony to be presented during the week of October 12 on oc before Septecuer 25, 1981.
