toisl l crack in an unused and capped packing leakoff lfne. Since this system I

i a g i l boundary cannot be isolated, the reactor was brought to cold shutdown.

lairIIThis RCS leak is renortable under TS 6.9.2.b.2 pursuant to " Limiting io,4; IConditions for Operations" TS 3.1.3.c.
