License Amendment Request Dated August 14, 1981 Suubber Surveillance Technical Specification Changes Ar.t ched are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change in Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating Licenses DPR-42 and 60.
Also attached is one copy of the License Amendment class determination and a check in the amount of $4400 for the amendment fee.
The proposed Technical Specification changes will revise the snubber surveillance Technical Specifications as requested by the NRC Staff in a letter dated November 20, 1980 from Darrell G Eiser. nut, Director, Division of Licensing, USNRC. Changes in the table of safety-related snubbers are also requested.
Exhibit A contains the proposed changes, reasons for change, and safety evaluations.
Exhibit B contains revised Technical Specification pages showing the proposed changes.
