This confirma plans discussed between you and my staff to meet with Dr. T. Collins, you and members of your staff on September 3, 1981, at 8:30 a.m. (CDT) at the Research Reactor Facility in Columbia, Missouri. This meeting replaces the meeting previously scheduled for August 11, 1981, and later cancelled. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the excessive number of reportable events that have occurred this year, the corrective actions that were taken following these events and your management plans to prevent eents of ;his type.
