Gentlemen:
This is in response to your letters dated June 15, 1981 and June 23, 1981 which requested an exception from 10 CFR 70.51(c)(5) in accordance with 70.51(c)(6) and an exenption from 10 CFR 70.51(c)(4) which would allow a 15 day extension for reconciling the results of your latest physical inven tory.
We have detemined that granting the aforementioned requests will not endanger the connon defense and security and that it is otherwise in the public interest to do se.
Accordingly, effective inmediately, we are adding the following license conditions to your License llo. St{M-1107:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.51(c)(6), the licensee may use an LEID limit of one percent of additions to or removals from material in process (whichever is greater) for the results of the physical inventory which began on May 31, 1981.
flotwithstanding 10 CFR 70.51(c)(4) which only allows 30 days for the reconciliation of a physical inventory, the licensee shall reconcile the physical inventory which began on May 31, 1981 on or before July 15, 1981.
We have determined that vour letters dated June 15, 1981 and June 23, 1981 contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infanaation is deemed to be conmercial or financial information within the meaning c,i 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
