This is to advise you that the Comissioners have reviewed the subSect license to Transnuclear, Inc. The Camnission (by a 4-0 vote) has accepted your recommendation to export to the Federal Republic of Gennany 2.206 kilograms of uranium enriched to 93.3% U-235.
