The Comission was briefed by ED0 and IE on the status of implementation items of the TMI Action Plan.
Comissioner Bradford requested a summary report explaining why staff's assessment of the span of time before danger to PWR vessels from pressurized thermal shock events becomes significant has changed from one to two years.
