This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Edlow International Company.
The Commission (with all Commissioners approving) has accepted your recommendation to export to the Republic of Korea 10,176 kilograms of natural uranium, in the form of U-308.
In connection with his approval, Commissioner Bradford provided the following comment:
"I would like to know when in the conversion process safeguards apply to this material."
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on July 16, 1981.
It is requested that you provide a response to Commissioner I
Bradford's request to the Otlice of the Secretary by c.o.b.
July 31, 1981.
