Dear Administrative Judges:
Enclosed is a fully executed "Hotion for Approval of Stipulation Regarding SOC's Pending Discovery Requests Applicant's fictions for
- Sunaary D'sposition, SOC's THI Contention and SOC's Motion for Reconsideration" (Stipulation).
During _the course of a conference call held on August 17, 1981,
- between the undersigned, Counsel for the Shoreham Opponents Coalition and Counsel for Applicant, I was authorized to relate the following to the Board. The version of the enclosed Stipulation that was: mailed to L
the Board on August 6,1981, by Counsel for Applicant provided (in part
~ 0 at pages.4-5) that the garties would " file a status report with [the]

Board by August 25, 1981, ****".- That date should have read August 31, 1981, (as -it now does in the enclosed Stipulation signed by all parties).
- Accordingly. the parties request that 1.ne Board's " Order Approving Stipulation " entered on August 10, 1981 be revised (at paragraph 1) to provide for the filing of a status report on or_ before August 31, 1981.
