This is in response to your letter of April 28, 1981 which transmitted a revised page to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
We have reviewed the revised page to the Plan and find it icceptable.
Accordingly, Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License
- s. SNM-778 is hereby revised, effective inmediately, by revising existing License Condition 2.1 and adding new Condition 3.2 to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated July 1977 with the following revisions:

3.2 Noteithstanding the requirements of 70.58(e) and License condii. ion 3.1 to measure five drums of solidified liquid waste and sealed welded containers hold ~ng plutoniu contaminated gloveboxes on inventory or shipped, the licensee may retain and ultimately dispos? of these items based on the currently assigned SNM numbers.
