This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs.
- J. R. Madera and-J. Lynch of this office on August 6,1981, of activi-ties at Mary Thompson Hospital authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 12-17278-01 and to the discussion of our findings with Stanislaw Stankiewicz, M.D. and Mr. Anthony Sudduth, NMT at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of a sele :tive examination of pro-cedures and representative records, obser.ations, independent measure-ments, and interviews with personnel.
This inspection included a review of the corrective action taken in response to our inspection conducted on July 14, 1978. We have no further questions in regard to thest matters.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inrpection.
