Thank you for your letters dated June 23 and July 22, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance identified in our letter dated June 1, 1981.

In view of the additional information provided in your letter, we agree with your conclusion that this item in our June 1,1981 letter did not constitute an iten of noncompliance. This information was not available to our inspector during the inspection.

We vill adjust our records to reflect that no violation of regulatory requirements occurred with respect to this item.
