This supplement responds to NRC questions contained in reference (b).
It als, contains voluntary revisions to update and correct the reporc.
Attachment A to this letter indicates the areas undergoing voluntary revision with this supplement.
Seven copies of the reports requested in questions 291.7, 291.8, 291.11 and 291.12 have been transmitted under separate cover by reference (c).
Three (3) originals and forty-one (41) copies of Supplement I are submitted for your use.
In addition, 109 copies are being retained for direct distribution in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR51.40(b).
