MEMORANDUM si On July 28, 1981, the Board issued a Special Prehearing Conference Memorandum and Order which, among other things, directed all parties to file briefs on the issue of anticipated transients without scram by August 12, 1981 Since the entry of that order, Sunflower Alliance et. al. has not been able to prepare a responsive pleading on that point because of the extended illness of the counsel designated to handle it, Daniel Wilt, Eso. This co-counsel is unprepared to draft a brief on the subject, and moves for this extension because it will not engender prejudicial delay or injustice to any party.
WHDlEFCRE, Sunflower Alliance pray that this request for an enlargement of time to August 31, 1981 to file a brief be granted.
