This refers to the routine safety inspec. ion conducted by Messrs. J. R. Madera and J. Lynch of this office on August 6, 1981, of activities at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital authorized by NRC License No. 12-07369-01 and to the discus-sion of our findings with Mr. Lawrence Augustyn at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.
The inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and inte.rviews with personnel.
This inspection included a review of the corrective action taken in response to our inspection conducted on August 1, 1978. We have no further questions in regard to these matters.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
