Amendment No. 15, License SNM-777 The referenced amendment to our license required that outside "scorage be within a fenced enclosure accessible only to UNC employees."

The purpose of this letter is to inform you as to our anticipated means of compliance with this requirement.

Our current plans call for temporary storage of containers of low level material in portions of the facility park-ing lot.

To meet the license requirements, we plan on controlling access to the parking lot, so that the only persons entering that area are those specifically authorized to do so by UNC employees.

We feel that this procedure will satisfy the access control require-ment of the referenced amendment.
