1 Material Transactions Report."
If the licensee is the receiver of the 2
l material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information on y
j the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.'< If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide E

the shipper's information to the receiver of the material for inclusion on 1
