NPDES Permit V (File: 0900, 0?GT, 2-0900, 2-0485 )
Gentlemen:
Edward Green and Sharon Tilley discussed with Ms. Sarah Bellmunt of the Environmental Branch, NRC, her request for information about the above 7 mentioned permit. She is not exactly sure which certification statement is needed but did ask for copies of the State Water Permits for the station. The permits are attached for your transmittal to her.
We explained to her that we apply directly to EPA for our NPDES permit.
If EPA contacts the State for certification, we are not aware of it. The attached water permits are not necessarily the same as what the EPA requires.
We are also attaching a copy of the newest NPDES Permit for ANO. It became effective on July 6, 1981. Please include it with your other attachments and send it to her.
Very truly yours,
