N of On August 5, 1981 Florida Cities requeste time to file a brief required by Board Order of July 7,1981. The motion I
represents that the extension of time is acceptable to the other parties and that Oe parties expected (as was indicated in the Florida Power &' Light Cc:rpany's motion) that the extension of time previously granted to Florida Power & Light company would extend to all parties. There does not appear tc be any reason to deny the motion. Consequently, Florida Cities may f,ile its required brief by no later than Friday, August 7,1981, providing that it effect hand service on-the parties and on the Board on that day.
