This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. S. R, Lasuk of this office on June 23 and 26, 1981, of activities tuthorized by NRC Materials L_.enses No. 34-06558-05, No. 34-06558-07G and No. SNM-427 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. A. Lucas and Ms. B. Kapsar at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Ccmmission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative l
records, observations, independent measurements, end interviews with personnel.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection of Licenses No. 34-06558-07G and No. SNM-427.
However, during the inspection of License No. 34-06558-05, certain of your activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as specified in enclosed Appendix A.
A written response, submitted under oath or affirma-tion, is required.
