Dear Mr. Stello:
In my letter of August 4, 1981, I confirmed that as a result of the Company's evaluation of information available from :;RC and Company investigations of possible improprietics In NRC administered operator license examinations for D I-l that the employment of one of two individuals involved was terminated.
I also committed to informing you of the result oi. the completion of the Company's evaluation of this matter once the second individual involved was available.
This letter is to confirm my report to you that the second individual submitted his resignation, effective irnedia tely, on August 8, 1981.
To provide a balance of sanctions, the Ccapany has given the first individual the opportunity to amend the basis for his termination to resignation.
