Enclosed for filing please find the original and two copies of the " Response of Florida Power & Light Company to Cities' Motion to Establish Procedures, For a Declaration-That a Situation Inconsistent With the Antitrust Laws Presently Exists and for'Related Relief."
The sets of Appendices to that Response are extremely voluminous, and quite costly to reproduce.
Therefore I have enclosed herewith only the original sets.
Each Board member, including Judge Smith, has been served with a full set of the Appendices, as has each party.
If the Commission requires additional sets please let me know, and we will provide them promptly.
