DARRELL G EISENHUT, DIRECTOR DIVISION OF LICENSING U S NUCLEAR RCGuLATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON DC 20555 DOCKET NO. 50-312 RANCHO SECO NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 1 PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 79 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby proposes to amend its Operating License, DPR-54, for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1, by submitting forty (40) copies of Proposed Amendment No. 79 The District's General Manager reorganized part of his administrative staff effective July 1, 1981. The change affected Technical Specifi-cations Section 6, Figure 6.2-1.
The General Manager appointed two new Assistant General Managers, one involved in Commercial Operations and the other involved with Services. Two new positions were created, Director of Planning and Budget and Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
Except for the position of Executive Assistant, the reorganized activities were formerly under the direction of the Assistant General Manager Controller.
The line organization for the operation of Rancho Seco including the Management Safety Review Committee remains unchanged. The reorgani-zation does not involve a nuclear safe ty issue and is administrative.
This amendment is editorial and is submitted to the Commission to clari fy the Technical Speci fications.
