No reviewers have stated any adverse concerns relating to this report. However, it is the Ohio Department of Transportation's (0 DOT) understanding that the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company will comply with all necessary 000T permit procedures (see attached).

This office finds no apparent conflict between the Company's proposal and our area of responsibility.

In regards to the transmission lines emanating from the plant, it is understood that the Company will comply with all necessary 000T permit procedures.
