The schedule is adjusted as follows:

There has been an open issue since the last prehearing conference in December 1979. Tr. 31 (correctly Tr. 56%). The Staff asked if the if The revised schedule has bee agreed to by the parties.

b Board was satisfied with the proposed Staff testimony concerning Appendix I.
The testimony was filed on March 7, 1979, but the Board had not received it at the time of the prehearing conference.
It was served again by the Staff on December 26, 1979.
The Board has reviewed the testimony, is satisfied and has no further questions.
It is not necessary for the Staff to present witnesses at the hearing on this issue but the testimony should be in affidavit fonn.
