On Friday, August 7, 1981, FPL filed its: " Response To Cities' Motion To Establish Procedures, For A Declara-tion That A Situation Inconsistent With The Antitrust Laws Presently Exists And For Related Relief.
In reviewing our copies of this pleading over the weekend, we have noticed that some were affected by a xeroxing malfunction which resulted in some pages being lighter in tone than others.
In the event some of the copies' served on Friday re-flected the effects of this malfunction, we are today de-livering newly reproduced copies of FPL's Response to each Board member and to counsel for Cities and the NRC Staff.lj 1/
