MEMORANDEM AND ORDER 00NCFRNING A 140rION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On August 6, 1981 Parsons and Whittemore, Inc. and Resoure".3 Recovery (Dade County), Inc. ("RRD") requested an extension of time to objec to and appeal from a Board Order of August 5, 1981. 'the motion represents that the extension of time is acceptable to the other parties.
There does not appear to be any reason to deny the motion for an extension of time to file objections. Consequently, RRD may file its I
objections by no later than September 4, 1981. However, the Board lacks jurisdiction to grant extensions on the time for filing an appeal. %%h s.
