SECY-81-397 CUTIVE BRANCH RESPONSE ON D EXPORT OF TRITIUM GA TO ISRAEL, XB001130 This is to advise you that the Comission (with all Comissioners approving) has authorized the denial of the license to Milcor Corporation to export 30,000 curies of bulk tritium gas to Israel.
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on July 24, 1981.
In cor.nection with his approval, Comissioner Gilinsky posed the question:
"How many grams does this amount to?" The staff has already informed him that it comprises approximately three grams.
It is requested that you forward to the Office of the Secretary a copy of the letter to Milcor Corporation after signature and dispatch by the Director, International Programs.
