These revisions reflect acceptance of yote June 1981 Physical Protection Plan, certain accomodations to operational p.oblems at the facility, and deletion of one license condition.

to your Licer.se No. SHH-23 by revising conditions 9.1, 9.3.12, 9.3.19, 9.3.29, 9.5.1, and 9.5.6 and deleting condition 9.4.6 as set forth in the enclosure to this letter.
It has been detemined that the attachnent to the enclosure to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
