By copy of this letter, we are forwarding to the NRC, Attention W. P.
Haass, Chief, Quality Assurance Branch, a copy of Revision 3 to the subject QA program descriptions. This revision incorporates information and clarifications previously communicated to the NRC via the reference letters as well as organizational changes, most of which have also been reviewed previously with the QA Branch. Minor editorial and procedural clarifications are also incorporated in Revision 3 and are so noted in the enclosure.
Controlled copies of the subject program description, including Revi-sion 3, have been distributed to NRC Offices of Inspeciton and Enforce-ment for Regions III and IV.
Subsequent revisions will similarly be forwarded to NRC regional offices.
