Dear Mr. Keppler:
Our phone conversation with C. Paperiello, Chief, Emergency Prepared-ness Program Support Branch, on July 31, 1981 revealed the following conclusions in regard to the Immediate Action Letter of July 28, 1981 (Reference 1).
Change:
Item 1 to read -
The meteorlogical temperature difference display in the control room will be repaired as expeditiously as possible.
The Emergency Plan procedure will be changed July 31, 1981 to utilize two other temper-ature readings which will be subtracted to dctermine differential temperature.
