Dear Judge Wolfe:
On July 14,19dl, the Staff issued a generic letter setting forth the requirements to be cet post TrtI-2 by Construction Ic uit Applicants.
Copies of this letter were sent to the Board ar.d all parties. The July 14th letter replaces the Staff's generic letter of Or.tober 10, 1979.
In accordance with the Board's Order of October 25, N79, the Staff will attempt to arrange a aceting of tne parties this month D an effort to reach agreenent on the scope of and schedule for the reosenco hearings. This schedule would be keyed to the issuance of Luppleneat 3 to tne Safety Evaluation Report.
If an agreenent is reacned, it will be subuitted to tne Board for approval.
If no agreement is reached, the issue will be presented to the Board for resolution per the October 25, 1979 Order.
