Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The interim report for Significant Construction Deficiency No. 19 was submitted to the NRC via above reference. In the report, we indicated that corrective action would be accomplished and a Final Report submitted by July 31, 1981.
We have been notified by Ebasco that the modification of the subject-valves is now scheduled to be completed by December 15, 1981.
Based on this information, the final report for Significant Construction Deficiency No. 19 will be submitted to the NRC by De : ember 31, 1981.
