The draft fbil power license for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 2 requires TV4 to demonstrate that a negative pressure in the Auxiliary Building Secondary Containmust Enclosure (ABSCE) can be attained. Demonstration of negative pressure in the ABSCE is part of the Sequoyah preoperational test program.
