Eisenhut's July 9, 1981 letter to All Licensees of Operating Plants and Applicants for Operating Licenses and Holders of Construction Permita (Generic Letter No. 81-27) TVA was requested to provide information concerning privacy and proprietary material in emergency plans.

In order to satisfy the Privacy Act, and as indicated in the referenced letter, all home telephone numbers should be removed from the Browns Ferry and Sequoyah Nuclear Plants' Implementing Procedures Documents. Additionally, to protect the integrity of the emergency plans, all TVA internal telephone numbers should be removed from these documents before releasing them for public disclosure.
