Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Inspection Report 50-320/80-17 In accordance with our previous correspondence (reference letter of May 5 and 29, 1981 designated LL2-81-0120 and 0150 respectively) concerning Item A of the subject Inspection Report we are submitting this letter.
This is to notify you that we are'issuingaTechnical Specification Change Request (TSCR) as stated in our initial letter.
It will request the removal of Rad. Con. Tech. training from the cognizance of the Supervisor-Station Training and place it under the cognizance of the TMI-2 Radiological Controls Director. This TSCR,No. 28, will be submitted under separate cover.
