Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copios of Philadelphia Electric Company's Applicacion for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom 'iits 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to the method of veri-fying drywell-suppression chamber vacuum breaker closure, the operability of radiation monitors, and the listing of safety related shock suppressors.
Additionally, several editorial changes to the Technical Specifications are requested.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400
