ORDER On February 17, 1981, CASE filed its fourth set of interrogatories to Applicants and requests for production of documents. Answers were-filed by Applicants on March 9,1981. CASE's motion to compel more responsive answers to certain questions was filed March 17, and the Applicants' answer to such motion was filed April 1,1981.

These interrogatories relate to Contention 22 (emergency planning) and 25 (financial qualifications).

Some of the Applicants' answers tend to be argumentative, are incomplete or are liinited to its own unilateral concepts of various NRC requirements.

CASE's motion to compel more responsive answers is granted, and the Applicants are directed to file full, direct and responsive answers to Interrogatories 1, 2, 3, 4 through 12, and 14 of CASE's fourth set of interrogatories. Supplementation of all responses to keep them DSON I
