SUBJECT:
STAFF REQUIPEMENTS - DISCUSSION OF 4ECY-81-20D - POLICY ON PROCEEDING WITH PENDING CP AND ML APPLICATIONS In addition to the changes in Enclosure 3 to the subject paper which were dis-cussed in my memorandum to you dated June 22, 1981, the staff has found the following two modifications of the rule to be necessary:
1.
On page 66 of Enclosure 3. under paragraph (2)(11), insert "(Applicable to construction permit applicants only)" before (I.C.9).
2.
On page 71 of Enclosure 3, under paragraph (2)(xxv), after the word "and" insert ", for construction permit applications only,".
Copies of pages 66 and 71, with the above additions underlined, are enclosed.
These modifications will clarify the staff's intent that the item", affected apply to the pending construction permit applications but not to the pending manufacturing license application.
