Dear fir. Pollock:
I have not received personal service of three docuuents recently filed by you which indicate service of Staff counsel. These documents are:
(1)
Response to Board Order of June 16, 1981, Requesting Additional Information from Daniel liirsch, (2) Response to Applicant's Request for Change in Dis-covery Schedule (both dated June 30,1981) and (3) your letter dated July 20, 1981 to Judge Bowers concerning discovery on Contention XX and fir. Cormier's July 16 letter and his appearance as counsel.
Since I am well aware of tiie vagaries of mail delivery in the Washington, D.C.

Would you please verify with your secretary that she is mailing all the copies indicated on your certificates of service to the persons and addresses indicated there? If I know as a certainty that they are being sent from California I will ask our mailroen personnel to inquire about the matter at the U.S. Postal Service.
