In accordance with the request of Reference (a) the following monthly status report-is provided for your use regarding the evaluations performed at Dresden, Quad Cities and Zion Stations

in response to IE Bulletin 79-14.
The content.of this report now only addresses systems found co be inoperable, per discussions with Messrs.
I. Yin and D. Daniellson of your office.
At Dresden and Quad Cities, there are no changes since the last status report for I.E.Bulletin 79-14 items.
At Zion Station, stress points in the Service Water package SW-51A have been found to exceed the 2.4 Sh limit.
The overstressed points, which were located in safety related portions of the system, have the following stress / allowable 2.4 Sh levels: -Node 178-44805/
36000 psi, and Node 210-37324/36000 psi.
