ORDER The Staff filed its first set of interrogatories to and requests for the production of documents from the Intervenor CASE, on January 19,-1981.
These interrogatories related to Contentions 22, 24 and 25, which were.
consolidated contentions for which CASE had been designated the lead intervenor. CASE filed its answers February 17, 1981. Certain answers were not considered responsive by tne Staff, which filed its motion to compel responsive answers on March 4,1981.
CASE then filed supplements to its answers on April 6, 1981, which addressed some of the alleged deficiencies in its original answers. Accordingly, the Staff on July 13, 1981 filed a motion to modify its March 4 motion to compel respon:es, by withdrawing its objections to some of the answers filed by CASE.
With respect to the remaining objections to the adequacy of the CASE answers, the Board finds that for the reasons described by the Staff 8108050079 810729_
